Mike Beverly has been in radio since his college days at Georgia Tech.  He was be inducted into the Tennessee Radio Hall of Fame in 2020 after a long career on the air in large markets and small, and more recently as a radio station owner.  Mike has owned as many as four radio stations in East Tenneseee, all of which were off the air and about to be deleted forever.  Now he focuses on Alive 97.1 and its sister station in Dayton, 101.1 the Eagle.  Among the places Mike has worked are Atlanta, Knoxville, Greenville-Spartanburg, Paducah, KY and Fayetteville, NC.  Mike has been married to Sue, who is the Executive Director of Tennesee's first Ronald McDonald House in Knoxville.
